BQS -- Batch Queueing System [Icam Technology Corporation]

BQS is a powerful, single node, batch queueing system that providesexcellent control of batch queues. Queues can have up to 30 characternames, be stopped and activated, limit the number of executing jobs, setjob priorities, and be protected to limit access. Batch jobs can besubmitted for immediate or future execution, be named for visibility,contain parameters, be restartable at selected points, and create logfiles on disk. Once submitted, job attributes can be modified, and jobscancelled. Users can customize their access with defaults for queue,shell and log directory.
